Returns and refunds
Every Una piece is made to order just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but we stand behind everything we make and we're here if something isn't right.
Our three-year warranty
Every Una Diamond piece is covered by a three-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including the setting and metalwork.
Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues with the setting or metalwork within three years of purchase
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Sizing changes or changes in personal preference
- Loss or theft
Making a claim
Email us at hello@unadiamond.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
