Shipping policy

Every Una piece is made to order, so here's what to expect once you've placed yours.

Production time

Please allow around six weeks for us to make your piece. We'll email you when your order goes into production, and again with tracking details once it's on its way.

Free insured shipping

Shipping is free and insured on every order, to every country we deliver to. Every order is sent by tracked courier and needs a signature on delivery, so please make sure someone can be there to sign for it.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched:

• Australia: 2 to 5 business days
• International: 5 to 10 business days, depending on customs

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or damaged in transit

Email us at hello@unadiamond.com as soon as possible. Every shipment is insured, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
