Shipping policy

Here's what to expect once you've placed your order.

Made to order

Every piece is made to order. Please allow around six weeks for us to make yours. We'll email you when your order goes into production, and again with tracking details once it's on its way.

Shipping costs

Orders of $250 and over ship free, insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery, so please make sure someone can be there to sign for it. Orders under $250 ship tracked for a flat A$15 within Australia. International orders under $250 also ship tracked for a flat A$15.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched:

• Australia: 2 to 5 business days
• International: 5 to 10 business days, depending on customs

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or damaged in transit

Email us at hello@unadiamond.com as soon as possible. Orders of $250 and over are insured in transit, and for any order we'll work quickly to make it right.
