Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Every piece is fully insured door-to-door and requires a signature on delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using trusted, insured courier partners.

What materials do you use?

All pieces are crafted in solid gold and set with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds.

No plating. No mixed metals. No mined diamonds.

Where are your pieces made?

Every Una piece is handcrafted to order in our Australian workshop by experienced jewellers.

Are your diamonds real?

Absolutely. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds - the only difference is their origin, not their quality.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes. All centre stones 1ct+ come with IGI certification.

Production & Lead Time
How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the design.

Can I request a rush order?

If you have a specific date in mind, email us. We’ll always try to accommodate faster production where possible.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes. All pieces can be engraved at no additional cost. Enter your message at checkout or email us after purchase.

Can I make changes after ordering?

You can make small adjustments within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your piece moves into production.
