Care Instructions
How do I take care of my jewellery?
18K gold and platinum
Soak your ring in warm water with a little mild soap, then gently brush around the setting and behind the stone with a soft toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. We recommend removing your ring for the gym, gardening and swimming.
Lab-grown diamonds
Lab-grown diamonds are just as hard and durable as mined diamonds, but lotions and everyday oils can dull their sparkle. A gentle clean every few weeks keeps them bright.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes. Every Una Diamond piece is covered by our three-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including the setting and metalwork. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Please note: the warranty doesn't cover wear and tear, accidents or misuse, loss or theft, or changes in sizing or personal preference.
How should I store my ring?
Keep your ring in its own soft pouch or a lined jewellery box when you're not wearing it. Diamonds can scratch gold, platinum and even other diamonds, so giving each piece its own space keeps everything looking its best.
Do you create custom pieces?
Yes. Every Una ring is made to order, and you can design your own with our ring builder. Choose your band style, metal, stone shape, carat and setting, then add personal touches like engraving, a hidden halo or a secret gemstone in the band. We'll share a 3D CAD rendering for you to review and refine before your ring is crafted. Have a question about your design? Get in touch. Would you like to customise one of our designs? Add your requests to the notes on your order and our team will help bring them to life.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Every Una piece is made to order, so please allow around six weeks for crafting. Once it's ready, our team gives it a final quality check in Australia before dispatch. Shipping is free and insured to every country we deliver to, and every order is sent by tracked courier with a signature required on delivery. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Australia and 5-10 business days internationally, subject to customs. Have a date in mind? Let us know before you order and we'll do everything we can to help.
Returns
Every Una piece is made to order just for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is covered by our three-year warranty against manufacturing defects. View our returns and warranty policy.
Order tracking
We'll email you when your piece goes into production, and again with a tracking number once it's on its way. If it hasn't arrived, please check your junk folder.
