Where We Start

The Diamond

Once a design direction is confirmed, we source the diamond. Every stone we use is IGI certified — which means you receive a grading report confirming the cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight of your specific stone. We present options across a range of sizes and price points, with honest guidance on which represents the best value within your parameters.

Production

With the design and stone confirmed, production begins. Our rings are handcrafted in solid 18K gold or platinum — no gold plating, no shortcuts. The setting is cast in your chosen metal, refined by hand, and then the diamond is set by a skilled setter who checks each prong individually. The ring is then finished and polished to the standard we'd want on our own hands.

The Six-Week Timeline

From order confirmation to delivery, the typical timeline is six weeks. This is the time required to do the work properly — sourcing the right stone, making the ring with care, and finishing it to a standard we're confident in. We don't offer artificial rush timelines that would compromise the result.

After the Ring

The relationship doesn't end at delivery. We're available for resizing, cleaning, prong inspection, and any adjustments needed over the life of the ring. We make rings to last — and we stand behind them.
